Getting There
The harvest festival is a traditional holiday of agricultural workers (until 1972 in Uzbekistan it was called the “Cotton Festival”). It is carried out at the level of farms, districts and regions.
What to Expect
In many places, the harvest festival is celebrated on the second Sunday of winter. On holidays, exhibitions and fairs of agricultural products are organized; artistic and national sports games, equestrian competitions, folk festivals.
The best employees are awarded. Along with agricultural workers, residents and the population will be present at the harvest.
