Getting There
Altiaghaj National Park is located around 120km north from the capital Baku. You can get there by car or a taxi, as well as take an inter-city bus from Baku International Bus Terminal and reach Siyazan region, taking a taxi then to the Park.
What to Expect
Altiaghaj National Park offers great opportunities for ecotourism and hiking, as well as birdwatching. Here you can enjoy the natural landscape of the southeastern slopes of the Greater Caucasus, go hiking along one of 8 ecotours available and encounter many species of wild animals inhabiting the area.
History
The Park was established on August 31, 2004.
