Getting There

The distance of Swat from Islamabad is 306  km. From Peshawar, you can reach Swat at a distance of 172 kilometers.

By Air: The nearest airport that can be used for air travel Swat is Saidu Sharif Airport

By Train: If you want to go to Swat by train from any part of the country, there is no train available to go to Swat and village. So you can get off at Nowshera Railway station or Peshawar station and go Swat by car, bus, and Jeep

By Road: Through a car, you can reach Swat from Islamabad in Four hours. The distance of Swat from Islamabad is 306 km. From Peshawar, you can reach Swat at a distance of 172 kilometers.

What to Expect

The foothills of the Hindukush Mountains surround the valley of Saidu Sharif, another major attraction for tourists with a taste for adventure. Here there are many hiking and trekking routes to choose from. Additionally, tourists can buy souvenirs from the local bazaars whilst enjoying the delicious traditional dishes of the region.

There are many tracks, both short and long, starting in or around the Kalam Valley. It is a famous hill and picnic spot of swat valley. The road to Malam Jabba is beautifully constructed, and tourists can easily enjoy it while traveling to Malam Jabba. It is now a place with all sorts of facilities for local and international tourists.

Tourists can enjoy ice-skating rinks, skiing platforms, chair lifts, and snow clearing equipment.
