Visit Guide to Guba Genocide Memorial Complex

Commemorates the victims of massacres carried out by Bolshevik-Dashnak forces in various parts of Azerbaijan, including Guba, in 1918. It features two pyramid-like structures that house a contemporary museum detailing how the massacres unfolded in each province using a wide range of archival documents, maps, photos, statistics and personal stories. It was constructed following the discovery of a mass grave on the site in 2007.

Getting There

The Complex is located in the centre of Guba city, north from Baku. To reach it, take a bus from the Baku International Bus Station heading to Guba. You can alternatively take a car/taxi ride.
